Letting Go

Art Therapy revealing where one is at the moment through imagery is often a bit unsettling and not particularly pretty.  My goal is to be honest with myself, which is easy when I create from intution and not from my mind, engaging in the process until it feels complete. This situation of trust and letting go is a daily opportunity. I hope with practice it becomes second nature.

This image is about that place of holding between the awareness of spirit and the awareness of the thoughts, the mind. It’s that holding of both and not letting go.   It’s Number 10 in my book.

Treading: Should I let my arms go and risk falling on my head, or let my legs go and hope to land on my feet? It doesn’t matter. Whichever decision you make, you’ll always wonder if it was the right one. Let them both go at once, and trust.
